Delivery to Nauru

T3'STR33T orders are fulfilled from Brisbane, Australia. Customers ordering for delivery to Nauru can use the Bi-Rite Cargo forwarding and collection service described below.

Before placing your order

  1. Contact Pancy Cook at Bi-Rite Cargo first. Let her know that you intend to send a parcel through Bi-Rite so your name and shipment are expected.
  2. At checkout, select Bi-Rite Cargo Collection (fees paid separately).
  3. Use your own contact details accurately so you can be identified and contacted about the shipment.

T3'STR33T will arrange for the order to be sent from its Brisbane fulfilment location to the Bi-Rite forwarding address.

Receipt and customs requirements

Bi-Rite requires a copy of the purchase receipt or order confirmation before lodging cargo and for Nauru customs and tax purposes. The document should clearly show:

  • the customer's name;
  • the items ordered;
  • each item's price; and
  • the total amount paid.

Keep your receipt and send a copy to Pancy Cook as requested. You may also be asked to present it when collecting your cargo.

Freight, service fees and customs

The AUD $0 shipping amount shown at T3'STR33T checkout does not mean that cargo forwarding is free. It means that T3'STR33T is not collecting Bi-Rite's freight, service or customs charges through Shopify.

Bi-Rite will invoice the customer separately for the applicable forwarding charges, service fees and Nauru customs or tax. Rates and additional handling charges can change, so confirm the current costs with Pancy Cook before sending your parcel.

Dangerous goods—including some products containing batteries or flammable materials—may require specialist packing and may attract higher freight charges. Large cargo may also incur additional handling costs.

Collection in Nauru

After the Bi-Rite invoice has been paid and the shipment reaches the Bi-Rite store in Nauru, the customer can collect it there. Bi-Rite may publish the names of customers whose cargo is ready for collection on its Facebook page.
